Food Handlers\u2019 Certificate<\/h3>\n

Food handlers or food vendors medical is done solely at the Municipality Health Centre. <\/p>\n

Note: This process takes two (2) weeks to ready and only medically fit clients will be issued with the food handler\u2019s card.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Grave Space Acquisition<\/h3>\n

All burials in the WMA must first pass through this department, after obtaining burial permit from Births and Deaths Department. Whether at a public, private or a family cemetery.<\/p>\n

To obtain a grave space you will need the medical cause of death from an approved health institution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Pauper Burial \/ Unclaimed Bodies<\/h3>\n

    One would need;<\/p>\n

    • Coroner\u2019s certificate from court<\/li>\n
    • Letter from Police <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Note: All pauper cases should be reported to the police.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

      Mass Burial<\/h3>\n
