The discussion covered related topics like Rape, Defilement and their health complications and implications on victims.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Partners in relationship must first check and disclose their health status to each other before sex, failure to do is Sexual Abuse.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Victims of the menace should report to the Police for arrest and persecution and ensure that the culprits are dealt with by the Law. Victims can also seek the support of the Gender Desk Officer of the Assembly. Family Heads and Community Leaders as well members of the public are admonished against cover up on culprits and intimidation of victims with threats. The menace is a felony which is non-negotiable for Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR), except prosecution and full trial in the Court of Law.
