\"\"The Municipal Coordinating Director Ayambire Akaditi has urged staff of the Wenchi Municipal Assembly and all staff in Public Service to accept posting to any administrative district they are posted to work without complaints and resistance.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mr. Ayambire Akaditi questioned why staff resist posting to some districts other than their preferred choice of place of work. He told staff to expel the notion that positing was a punishment. “Posting is not a punishment”- he emphasised. He explained that Positing to other stations had a lot of benefits such as economic progress, personal development, career enhancement, skills and work experience and open opportunities, depending on how you manage your movement and stay. He stated that the Service would not post them to other places if their services were not needed.<\/div>\n
Mr. Akaditi cautioned staff against lateness and absenteeism without permission.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He also cautioned staff against backbiting aimed at destroying the image and integrity of others for personal selfish parochial interest. He advised staff to study the Code of Conduct Manual of the Civil and Local Service.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Coordinating Director made the call when he addressed Heads and staff of Departments and Units of the Assembly in a Staff Durbar to interact and familiarise with staff as he took over from Mr. Douglas N.K Annoful and assumed his official role.<\/p>\n
