The Facilitators for the Training Workshop were Senior Human Resource Manager Akua Gyekyewaa Antwi took the staff took staff through the training. Assistant Director also at the Bono Regional Coordinating Council Theresa Adjei-Mensah gave orientation on prescribed Dress Code for staff. The Client Service Unit of the Assembly headed by Mr. Clement Joseph Pilaso spearheaded organisation of the programme.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The Training Workshop was aimed at equipping and building the capacity of staff in Client Service delivery for timely response and satisfactory redress of public complaints and concerns.
