The Municipal Planning Unit leads the planning, execution, and assessment of development initiatives and programs within the Assembly. It drafts Annual Reports, Development Action Plans, and Medium Term Development Plans. Additionally, the Unit oversees and reports on all ongoing development projects within the Municipality.
Furthermore, the Unit collaborates with stakeholders to gather essential inputs for shaping public policies and programs. It also enhances staff capabilities, skills, and knowledge to optimize performance and efficiency.
Moreover, the Unit coordinates Out-of-Home advertising activities and offers public guidance and education on outdoor advertising processes and permits.
