The Bono Regional Minister, Hon.Evelyn Ama Kumi Richardson(Mrs)and her Deputy Hon.Siaka Stevens(MP) visited Wenchi Municipal to formally introduce themselves to Nananom of Wenchi Traditional Council as the duty bearers of the region.
A staff durbar of workers in the Municipal Assembly was held in their honour.
They took turns to address workers by urging them to” work diligently to ensure fulfillment”.
The visit afforded the Ministers and their entourage opportunity to familiarise with staff as they also took turns to make suggestions, share words of encouragement and pieces of advise to them.
The MCE Hon. Dr. Prince Kwakye Afriyie led the inspection to some ongoing projects sites in the municipality.
These included the Pentecost Church road construction currently ongoing, the KG block at Model School, a metal factory under the 1D1F etc.
