Authorities of Youth in Afforestation Module have organized a clean up exercise to keep the Wenchi city clean.
The group said they wished to express their profound appreciation to the President of the Republic Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the Municipal Chief Executive Dr. Prince Kwakye Afriyie for the initiative that has provided them livelihood. They believed their appreciation could best be demonstrated through community service such as Clean Up Exercise.
Addressing the group, the MCE commended the highly spirited youth and their Supervisors for the initiative. He expressed the government’s commitment to create jobs for the citizenry and provide them with livelihoods. He urged them to work hard and save the country’s ecological zones. “Sacrifice and service is the way to go”, the MCE emphasized.
