ASSEMBLY STAFF GIVEN TRAINING ON CLIENT SERVICE MANAGEMENT

A Training Workshop has been held for staff of the Wenchi Municipal Assembly on Client Service Management.
The training programme, organised by the Wenchi Municipal Assembly and the Bono Regional Coordinating Council (BRCC) trained staff in areas such as Enquiry, Complaints,  Processing sequence, Grades in the Client Service Class, Reporting hierarchy and problem solving mechanism. The Facilitators for the Training Workshop were Senior Human Resource Manager Akua Gyekyewaa Antwi took the staff took staff through the training. Assistant Director also at the Bono Regional Coordinating Council Theresa Adjei-Mensah gave orientation on prescribed Dress Code for staff. The Client Service Unit of the Assembly headed by Mr. Clement Joseph Pilaso spearheaded organisation of the programme.
The Training Workshop was aimed at equipping and building the capacity of staff in Client Service delivery for timely response and satisfactory redress of public complaints and concerns. Participants of the Workshop were staff from all the Departments and Units of the Assembly.
