A team from the Bono Regional Coordinating Council (BRCC) conducted a monitoring exercise for the 4th Quarter of 2023 and 1st Quarter of 2024 Performance Contract. During the Entry Conference, the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), Mr. Ayambire Akaditi, representing the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Alexander Obour Damoah, welcomed the team to the Assembly. Mr. Akaditi assured the team of full cooperation from all departmental and unit heads to ensure the smooth execution of the monitoring exercise.
The team leader from BRCC Mr. A. Bae-Yeboah (Deputy Director) briefed the Assembly on the purpose of their exercise, emphasizing the importance of adherence to good performance practices as outlined in the signed performance contract by the assembly. The team’s focus was on reviewing the performance during the 4th quarter of 2023 and the 1st quarter of 2024 in respect to checklist given.
